A walk through the trulli and wine tasting at the winery, aboard a vintage bus

Departure from Locorotondo at 9:00 AM, return at 6:00 PM.

The tour includes:

Stop at the “Farmer’s Bakery” for coffee and the chance to purchase freshly baked focaccia.

Visit to the rural Church of San Marco, before heading towards Alberobello through the most authentic countryside “tratturi” paths of the area.

Approximately 2-hour guided tour of Alberobello, including visits to the Rione Monti district, Rione Aia Piccola, and the Trullo Sovrano.

Transfer to Cantina Torricella, including a visit to the vineyard, fermentation area, and barrel cellar.

“Nispoli” Tasting (private tasting with table service featuring 4 wines paired with organic gastronomic specialties produced at the Masseria

MENU:

INCIPIT MINUTOLO (white wine) with:

semolina bread bruschetta with garden tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil;

primosale fresh cheese with Minutolo

wine jelly.

AURORA PRIMITIVO ROSÈ with:

fresh mozzarella;

“poverella” zucchini

(sun-dried zucchini with mint and extra virgin olive oi).

NISPOLI CABERNET SAUVIGNON (red wine) with: free-range pork salami;

fresh canestrato cheese with quince jam.

MONTE DEL VENTO PRIMITIVO (red wine) with: DOP Podolica caciocavallo cheese with cherry blossom honey;

DOP Martina Franca capocollo.

Visit to the rural village of Cocolicchio and return to Locorotondo.
