The tour begins in the Fermentation Room, where you will learn about the various stages of the production process. It then continues through the historic part of the winery, founded in the 1800s and entirely carved into the typical white stone of Puglia. Stroll through the underground spaces and the barrel rooms, where 19th-century barrels have been transformed into cosy seating areas.
